In this short film, a lifeless but authoritative voiceover performs a typical “ABC (accounting, banking, consulting)” interview scene — those business school people, or “Uhhgbans” as I call them, dreamed of getting into. As soulless as it is, the original organic and fresh flower still tried to perform to fit in.

This short film is laughing out loud at things uhhgbans feel proud of — unreasonable abbreviations, lifeless but “professional” interviews, oh yes also resume inflation. The flower pretends to be able to do more, but that just made it more un-flower than ever.

Special Education is the re-edit and reinterpretation of Mirage. A flower with unique features is propelled to change itself by external forces, and when it becomes dull in its nature, the external force starts to tell it that “everyone’s special.”
